Pick the right network
BTC goes on the Bitcoin network, LTC on Litecoin. USDT and USDC must go on Ethereum (ERC20). Coins sent on another network, like Tron, Base or Solana, don't arrive.
Send the exact amount
Some apps take their fee out of what you send. If the app shows what we'll receive, make sure it matches your order amount, and add a little if it's short.
Cheapest coins to send
LTC and BTC usually cost the least to send. USDC and USDT on Ethereum can cost a few dollars in network fees.
A first-time ID check is normal
Apps like Coinbase and Revolut ask for ID the first time you buy crypto. It's their check, not ours, and usually takes a few minutes.
Stuck, or something looks off?
